EMAS CHIYODA Subsea shall, through cooperation with our customers as well as other concerned companies, governmental authorities and communities endeavor to satisfy the requirements and needs of customers and society in general by means of following its Health, Safety and Environmental and Quality Policies.

  • Recognize each individual person has the duty and responsibility to promote HSSEQ activities and enhance HSSEQ awareness, knowledge and competence through continual education and training.
  • Implement a systematic approach to HSSEQ to ensure compliance with regulatory and Client requirements, international codes and standards and meet ‘Target Zero’ goals and objectives.
  • Meet delivery and execution targets without compromising high quality products and services which meet the requirements of customers and society related to quality and operational excellence.
  • Minimize HSSEQ risks, to people, property and environment during the planning, design, procurement and construction and through the lifetime of a project, to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) by identifying hazards and implementing proper controls.
  • Optimize operations to reduce effluent and waste produced, recover usable material and minimize our impact on the environment.
  • Act with the highest level of business ethics and integrity in compliance with local and international rules and regulations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
  • Comply with relevant HSSEQ legislation and regulations, and with such other requirements to which EMAS CHIYODA Subsea subscribes.
